This policy applies to the Top Champs mobile boxing card game and this website. Top Champs Boxing Ltd operates Top Champs and is responsible for the personal information handled for its game and website.

Google sign-in is handled through Firebase Authentication. We use your email address and a Firebase-generated account identifier as references for your game profile. Payment card details are entered through Google Play’s payment service.
3. Why we use information
- To authenticate you and provide your account, game progress and purchased access.
- To deliver push notifications through Firebase.
- To understand app usage through Firebase analytics and support the game with AdMob advertising.
- To respond to support requests, verify account ownership, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal obligations.
Where data-protection law applies, the basis depends on the purpose: providing the service you request, legitimate interests in running and protecting the service, legal obligations, or consent where required for optional processing such as certain advertising or analytics activities. 4. Storage and third-party services
The main player database and game profiles are stored on the game’s VPS server. Firebase Authentication handles authentication information and account identifiers; Firebase is also used for notifications and analytics.

This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Hosting providers process the technical information needed to deliver and protect website requests. Links to our social channels and separate merchandise shop take you to services with their own privacy policies.
5. Retention and account deletion
Player profile and progress information is retained for the lifetime of the account rather than removed automatically after a fixed period of inactivity.
You can request deletion of your Top Champs account and associated personal information through the account-deletion page. An administrator verifies ownership and processes deletion manually through the game’s admin panel.
On account deletion, profile information is removed. Gameplay records are retained indefinitely under a replacement anonymous user ID. The development team has confirmed that the retained gameplay records are no longer linked to the player after deletion.
Firebase, Google Play and other service providers handle their own records under their retention rules. A Top Champs deletion request does not delete your separate Google account. Please contact us if you also want help with information processed by an integrated provider.
Support correspondence is kept for handling your request and any necessary follow-up. Where information must be retained for a legal obligation, dispute, security or fraud-prevention reason, we will explain the applicable reason in response to your request.
6. Your choices and rights
You can turn off push notifications in your device settings. Advertising and privacy choices offered by Google or your device are managed through those services and settings.
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent for processing based on consent. Email the contact below to exercise these rights. We may ask for information needed to verify your account.
We will respond within the applicable legal timeframe. For requests subject to UK data-protection law, this is normally one calendar month; if a permitted extension is needed, we will explain why. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your local data-protection authority.
7. Children and young players
Players should follow the age rating and any age requirements shown for the app, and obtain a parent or guardian’s permission where required. A parent or guardian who believes a child’s information has been collected improperly can contact us to request review or deletion.
