1. Using Top Champs
These terms apply to the Top Champs mobile boxing card game and website, operated by Top Champs Boxing Ltd. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be able to enter into this agreement under applicable law, or have the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian where required. Follow the app’s age rating and the rules of the store through which you access it.
2. Your account
Google sign-in is provided through Firebase Authentication. Keep your Google account secure and provide accurate information when contacting us about your player profile.
You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Contact us if you suspect someone has accessed your Top Champs profile without permission. We may verify ownership before changing an account or processing a request.
Our Privacy Policy explains the information used to operate your profile and save your progress.
3. Fair play and acceptable use
Use the game and website lawfully and fairly. Do not:
- Cheat, manipulate rankings or exploit errors to obtain an unfair advantage.
- Use unauthorised tools to interfere with the game, accounts or servers.
- Attempt to access another person’s account or information.
- Upload or use abusive, unlawful, impersonating or misleading profile information.
- Copy, redistribute or commercially exploit game materials without permission.
We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse, security concerns or a breach of these terms. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken. Any action remains subject to your applicable consumer rights.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
In-app payments are processed through Google Play. Available products, prices, billing periods and any renewal conditions are displayed before purchase. Check those details before confirming a payment.
If you buy a recurring subscription, manage or cancel it through your Google Play subscriptions. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions: deleting a game profile should not be relied on to stop store billing.
Refund requests can be made through Google Play’s refund process, subject to store rules and applicable law. These terms do not remove any statutory cancellation, refund or consumer rights.
Digital cards, game items and access are for use in Top Champs. They do not give you ownership of a boxer’s likeness or the underlying game intellectual property, and are not redeemable for money through Top Champs.
5. Game content and intellectual property
Top Champs branding, game software, artwork, cards and other content belong to Top Champs or their respective rights holders. You receive permission to use them as part of normal personal gameplay, subject to these terms.
Ratings, attributes and trait descriptions are part of the game’s design and presentation. They are not guarantees about a boxer’s performance in a real bout.
Game balancing, features and available content may change as the service develops. Where changes affect paid access, your applicable consumer rights continue to apply.
6. Availability and third-party services
The game relies on internet connectivity and services including Firebase, AdMob and Google Play. Maintenance, updates, connection issues or provider outages may affect availability. We do not promise uninterrupted access.
Third-party services, social channels and the separate merchandise store have their own terms. Purchases from the merchandise shop are governed by the terms shown there.
7. Account deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information at Request Account Deletion. Requests are verified and handled manually by an administrator.
Deletion removes your player profile information. Gameplay records are retained under an anonymous identifier, no longer linked to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Deletion may make your saved profile and progress unavailable; contact us if you need clarification before proceeding.
Your separate Google account is not deleted. Manage any active Google Play subscription separately.
8. Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing removes rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
Contact us first if you have a complaint so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not prevent you from using legal remedies available in your country.

Email support@topchampsboxing.com for account, purchase or service questions. We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
